Deskpad Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Deskpad. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and website located at [https://deskpad.ai](https://deskpad.ai) (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

You may use Deskpad only if you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you must use the Service under school-provided consent in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Users under 18 must have permission from a parent, guardian, or school official.

When students use the Deskpad writing workspace, all content they create is owned by the school or student, as determined by school policy. By using the Service, you grant Deskpad a license to process, display, and analyze this content solely to deliver educational services.

Deskpad does not claim ownership of student work, nor do we use it for advertising or non-educational purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

* Content will always be accurate, complete, or secure

Use of the Service is at your own risk.
