Akshay Ganesh
Founder
Akshay is a senior at Woodside Priory School in the Bay Area. In his free time, he loves going on walks, playing with his doberman, listening to audiobooks, and watching sports.
Basketball is a huge passion of his, and he has played competitively since elementary school. His favorite TV show is Curb Your Enthusiasm, and the song on repeat right now is Vienna by Billy Joel.
He has loved building Deskpad, but regrets how much sleep he has lost as a result.
Daniel Troshin
Head of Operations
Daniel is a senior at St. Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco. His go-to hobbies are drawing, hiking, and fishing, usually on trips around the country with family and friends.
Above all, he is passionate about swimming. It has been his main sport for over eight years, and the source of an uncountable number of memories.
He also has a real curiosity for investing and finance, and loves following the markets and figuring out how the world of money works.
Trevor Liao
Head of Media
Trevor is a senior at Lowell High School in San Francisco. He is active and passionate in the photographic hemisphere and mainly specifies in swimming photography. He has photographed and received credentials at high levels meets including Speedo Sectionals, and CIF state championships.
With experience spanning product development, graphic design, social media strategy, and visual storytelling, Trevor brings a multidisciplinary perspective to building technology. His background in both creative and technical work allows him to bridge design, functionality, and user experience to create products people genuinely enjoy using.
Nathan Sun
Head of Community Impact
Nathan is a senior at Woodside Priory School. In his free time, he loves watching movies and writing about them on Letterboxd, and adding new music to his ever-growing playlist of over 2500 songs.
He is interested in education and policy advocacy, and hopes to become a teacher in the future. His other hobbies include playing baseball and water polo, tutoring at his local elementary school, and lifeguarding.
He brings to the team a deep commitment to improving the education system and hands-on experience in schools.
